Banana Cake and the Blessed Sacrament

To fully enjoy this video you will need:

A working oven, a cake tin, a mixing bowl and a mixing implement along with:

250g Self Raising flour
150g Caster Sugar
2 over ripe bananas
2 eggs
125g soft butter

“the ‘Lord’s Supper’ was actually more a substantial supper with a symbolic meaning, than a symbolic supper with a substantial meaning.” Wolfgang Simson

Matthew 11:19

As ever – comments, questions and criticism welcome :-)
